Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 subaru forester. The contact was driving 5 mph and stated that the vehicle maintained the same speed once the accelerator pedal was released for approximately three minutes. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who confirmed the failure but advised there was nothing that could be done to correct it. The dealer notified the manufacturer who advised the dealer that the vehicle was performing as designed, and offered no further assistance.
