Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 subaru b9 tribeca. While pulling into a parking space and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle quickly surged forward. The brakes failed and the vehicle jumped an embankment and sped down a street. The contact was able to stop the vehicle by slamming on the brakes and placing the vehicle in park.
