| Description of the problem | Suspected impact from a small pebble while driving on highway. This resulted in a small chip on the upper right corner of the passenger side within the top 1/2" of the glass. Afforded no time to schedule a fix with a glass company. Within less than 24 hours, crack spread to the edge and from upper right corner down to the middle of the windshield (over 2 foot long) crack. The crack appears to be only on the surface of the glass. With prior vehicles, a small chip did not result in a quick to develop crack. Concerned about quality and durability of subaru glass. |
