Description of the problem	My 2013 porsche panamera has a safety recall (please see attached). I have contacted porsche cars north america (numerous times) and its dealerships (porsche of silver spring and others). But all have refused my recall work because i am on a black list via porsche cars north america. They have declined to work on my car because of past issues with me personally. Each dealership has been instructed not to service my vehicle. When i call the manufacturer the customer service reps say that there is a note on my account that says i am not to be assisted under any circumstances. I'm not sure what to do from here, or who to call. This is my second time reaching out to the nhtsa(phone and email). The first time i filled a report by phone(4-5months ago).
