| Description of the problem | I have a new 2017 porsche macan and have noticed that the digital speedometer is not accurate. Depending on how fast you are going the variance is up to 3 mph off. The analog speedometer is very hard to determine your speed based on its design, hence the digital one should be 100% accurate. Have you heard of this issue or have seen it in your macan testing? I have taken to dealer and they noticed it as well and tested other macans and did the same thing. So, dealer is saying there is nothing they can do and speedometer meets government specs/guidelines with tolerances allowed. |
