| Description of the problem | Documenting this common transfer case problem. Felt and heard shutter/noise at slow speeds when driving slow and jerky movement upon accelerating. Car had only 40k miles and unluckily just past warranty. Replaced transfer case for $4500 in sep 2018 and now in jul 2020, another 14k miles later, i'm starting to hear similar symptoms brewing... Not a good sign. Porsche should give replacement transfer case another 4 years warranty instead of just 1 year. |
