| Defect summary | Porsche cars north america, inc. (porsche) is recalling certain model year 2015 porsche 918 vehicles manufactured february 25, 2014, to september 18, 2014. The front lower control arms may fracture. |
| Consequence summary | The fracture of a lower control arm while the vehicle is being drivem increases the risk of a crash. |
| Corrective action | Porsche will notify owners, and dealers will replace the front lower control arms, free of charge. The recall began on may 29, 2015.
