Description of the problem	Was riding on gravel road at approximately 25 mph, going around curve to the left, crossing a culvert when i heard and felt a pop, vehicle turned to the right ending up in a creek on its side, i dove in the water to get a way from vehicle, after recovering the vehicle and inspecting , found that weld had broken on the lower right a-arm, causing accident, notified polaris, they denied there was a problem, replaced a-arm myself and haven't had any more break.
