Description of the problem	2005 polaris 700efi sportsman 2 quads they both have less than 100hrs of time in use. Both quads have a cracked and broken frame. Polaris says to bad its out of warranty. I work with structures at honeywell aerospace the cracks are caused by cold welds and poor quality controls. I have tried numerous ways to contact polaris but no one will listen to me. I just wonder how many others are out there with cracked frames?
