| Description of the problem | Front passenger air bag activation light is intermittently signally off when passenger is seated. Usually occurs on restart during long distance trips. Nissan repair can not duplicate. Customer service is purposely time consuming, plays dumb and generally rude. This failure occurs on 30% of our long trips. This is a safety issue, my nissan is not meeting minimum safety regulations a large part of the time. This also happened in a nissan rental provided recently. Nissan employees try to instruct customers on how to sit during discussions..... Truly frustrating... |
