Description of the problem	I had to pay $362. 49 for replacing a fuel level sensor in my 2007 nissan xterra. I understand that this is a common problem with these vehicles and that there is a recall on some of these vehicles. However, my model/vin is not covered. How can a recall be allowed to skip from one vin to another if the same part number is used?
