| Description of the problem | I bought the nissan xterra last year and unfortunately the transmission when out at 145,300 miles i talked to a nissan representative but they said that nissan only covers only before the 100,000 miles but that is completely unacceptable because be are not responsible for the factory defects that should been fixed within the first days of production now i had to pay 4,500 dollars for get the transmission fixed a fits just a pain in the neck because i could use the money to feed my family or pay my rent but no i had to pay for a car that nissan doesn't take any responsibly over the 100,000 miles that it's unbelievable i want to et reimbursed by nissan what i paid for the transmission repairs i have all the documentation |
