Description of the problem	In december 2008 after filling the fuel tank the fuel gauge indicated only 1/4 full. Approximately 4 hours later the same day after several on and off cycles the mil was illuminated. Gauge indication eventually returned to near full as the fuel was used. After dropping below 1/4 tank the gauge now drops to zero and the low fuel light is illuminated. Condition still exists in late february 2009. Have not have code read but research confirms that symptoms are identical other reports with failure confirmed as defective fuel level sensor.
