| Description of the problem | 2006 nissan xterra. Consumer states fuel gauge failed to work *tgw the consumer stated the failure occurred because of a faulty fuel level sender. Also, the serpentine belt was replaced. *jb recently, the consumer had to replace the timing chains on the vehicle. The replacement was required, because of the premature failure of the tensioners that held the timing chain in place. The consumer stated it was obvious, the premature failure of the adjusters were caused by wear and cracks on the parts. Updated 06/10/13 |
