| Description of the problem | Please help! My fuel sensor is failing. My service engine light is always on now and the repair for this is expensive. I received an extended warranty in the mail for 72,000 miles for this exact problem. I called nissan directly because my mileage was past this and this is an extremely common failure in xterras and they said they could do nothing for me. There is a nissan service bulletin ntb07-069b in existence, but not a recall. Since they wouldn't help me, my light was on long before i hit 72,000 miles, and this is such a common problem in these vehicles, i feel strongly that nissan should issue a recall. I have high mileage on my car because my family lives 6 hours away and i drive to see them frequently. Is there any thing you can do to help me? Please? |
