Description of the problem	Fuel gauge shows incorrect fuel amount in tank. The tank will show more than a quarter of a tank and then all of a sudden drop to dead empty and the low fuel light will come on. This also triggers the trip computer to read '---' for the dte (distance to empty) reading. This is a common problem that nissan has issued a technical service bulletin on (ntb07-069b).
