Description of the problem	While pressing down the pedal to engage the car to pick up speed the car pedal was stuck to the floor. While driving on highway 183 heading north, i had to call 911 to get assistance from the operator to safely slow the vehicle. This is the second time the car accelerated to an unsafe speed while trying to drive home. The car pedal was stuck to the floor board. The car was placed in the neutral position until i was able to pull on the median and turn the car completely off. When the sheriff office arrived and looked at the car they were able help me loose the pedal from the floor.
