Description of the problem	When i'm cruising the rpm flutters and the truck seems to be confused as to what gear it should be on. Acceleration sometimes is hesistant and delayed. The gas pedal needs to be almost full depressed for the truck to accelerate. The front bumper is crooked. I checked for any give on the structure but there were none. There was no collision involved.
