Description of the problem	I purchased a new 2017 nissan titan xd from tim dahle nissan - southtowne on 11/25/17. Prior to pick up i requested the dealer complete an open safety recall regarding the rear seat belts. The recall is 17v-268. I was informed by the dealership that the recall had been competed prior to delivery to me. Several weeks later i was informed by nissan corporate that the above noted recall had not been completed as i had been told. It is illegal for the dealership to sell a new vehicle with an open safety recall. This is a clear violation of existing federal law. The dealer has been made aware and made zero attempt to rectify the matter or offer to complete the recall.
