Description of the problem	I was involved in a car accident where someone was hurt. I own a 2017 nissan titan xd with 75000 miles. I was taking a left turn at a yellow light, i slowed down and then tried to speed up. The accelerator will not respond for 3-4 seconds when i do this, it has been this way since i bought it. Looking online it is a common issue. However this time i could not move fast enough and an audi slammed into my passenger side because i couldnt move. The kid in the audi was injured and his car is totaled. Mine was repaired by my insurance. My airbags also failed to deploy. I have back problems and still have a really bad headache and have not seen a dr, but want to. I also noticed a smell or odor in the cabin. Looking at the forums, it is another issue with this truck and is a major health concern. I called nissan and when i give them my vin# they hang up on me. I finally got through after saying i might contact an attorney. They said they created a case #. I want to know if i have a case for a lawsuit and i really want a truck that wont kill me or cause bodily harm. I paid a ton of money for this vehicle and it is a complete safety and health hazard.
