Description of the problem	I leased this vehicle from a nissan dealer last year. They leased it to me as a new vehicle even though it had almost 5,000 miles on it. I was just recently told by a mechanic that the vehicle was in an accident prior to the lease. The dealer did not tell me that it was in an accident. Should i have been told of the accident prior to signing the lease papers? I might have backed out of the lease if i knew about the accident.
