Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2016 nissan titan. While driving at various speeds, the fumes from the diesel engine penetrated inside the vehicle and made the occupants of the vehicle dizzy and sick. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to grand strand nissan (4701 us-501, myrtle beach, sc 29579, 843-236-2191) where the technician diagnosed that the failure was caused by the diesel engine. The failure recurred several times and, after five attempts, the technician was unable to repair the failure. The manufacturer was notified and determined that the failure could not be repaired. The manufacturer made three different offers to the contact, including a buy-back, but the contact did not make a decision. The failure mileage was approximately 800. |
