Description of the problem	When trying to get vehicle out of sand 4 wd switch was engaged with no 4 wheel drive resulting. 4 wheel drive error came up. Took into dealer and transfer case had to be replaced. I was stuck in sand and vulnerable. Vehicle only had 23,000 miles on it with very little use of 4 wheel drive. Seems that this is a common problem with this model.
