| Description of the problem | I recently had air bag light start flashing. I took in to nissan dealer to get checked and they said the "spiral cable" was bad, this is also known as clock spring. Nissan reset and said bring back if occurs again. It did and i took to another shop for second opinion and same result. I agreed to get part to fix the truck. After being told part was on back order no eta on delivery of parts from nissan. After 4 weeks i checked and found out the same dealer has 6 other "spiral cables" on back order. As i stand now, according to nissan my trucks driver side air bag will not deploy if needed, and no eta on parts. |
