Description of the problem	2009 nissan titan suddenly and uncontrollably accelerated and when the brakes were depressed it did not stop the vehicle. kb the consumers son was driving the vehicle, when he intended to turn into a parking lot at his apartment and had come to a stop. After a car passed, he proceeded to turn into the parking lot. At that time, the vehicle suddenly and uncontrollably accelerated. He put his foot on the brake, but to no avail.
