Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2008 nissan titan. The contact stated that the heat in his vehicle will not keep the windows defrosted in the winter. The windows remained fogged and icy in temperatures below 30 degrees, even though the defroster was at its maximum setting. The contact stated that it is a safety hazard because he cannot see out of the windows while driving.
