Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2008 nissan titan. He stated that while driving 45 mph he crashed into two vehicles. The contact attempted to engage the brake pedal; however, the brakes failed and caused a front end collision. The air bags did not deploy and the seat belts did not latch.
