Description of the problem	The titan was traveling straight on city street and hit another vehicle making a left turn across intersection. Impact was at approximately 45 mph and both vehicles sustained heavy damage. Driver airbag did not deploy, but there was white smoke and smell of gun powder inside the truck just after collision. No visual signs of any airbags deployed. No other verification, but seems possible a charge ignited but failed to inflate a bag or other failure. Straight front impact at 45 seems like prime parameters to inflate bag. Police report: 2/21/18 plano texas report# 2018-32397 pictures included to show damage from impact. tt updated 10/1/18jb
