Description of the problem	Stationary in a left hand turn lane of a side street off a state highway, (pulling a boat trailer). Oncoming vehicle drifted across center line and impacted head on, off the center line of the hood towards the drivers side of my vehicle. Other vehicle appeared to by moving at approximately 30 mph at impact. Neither drivers or passenger side airbag deployed. Passenger seat was occupied. Other driver attempted to swerve at last second, did not appear to brake. Force of impact moved our vehicle from straight ahead approximately 6 feet to the left. State police responded and charged other driver with dui. Query filed with nissan who responded that the airbag system and seat belts functioned properly. Photos of the accident and a dash cam video of the event are available and were provided to nissan.
