Description of the problem	Bought a used 2007 nissan titan 4d 4x4 on 21 june 2011. After driving it for a day, noticed fluid leak around brake and wheel area next to axle on rear driver's side. Took to nissan dealership who said that it was the axle seal, and both actually needed to be replaced. Have never used vehicle in 4x4 or to tow. Very concerned due to the possibility of the differential locking up at high speeds or towing something and causing an accident. It leaking on the brakes is also has my concern. Hope this can be fixed by nissan.
