Description of the problem	Electrical issues, clock not keeping time when vehicle is turned off, heater/ a/c intermittently shuts off/ and /or does not work at all. Tire sensors on, windshield wiper sensor flashes on and off. All power to dash has shut off for a few seconds while driving, windows would not roll down when this happened. Smell gasoline strong, filled gas tank and needle was not registering full until driving for several minutes, then went down 1/4 then back to full.
