Description of the problem	The vdc [vehicle dynamic control] kept shutting off. This is a safety feature to regulate motion and speed of the 4 wheels. The vdc would not turn back on with the vdc dash button. The dealer stated the rear differential bearings had failed and the titan was unsafe to drive. It's been at the dealer waiting for a new rear differential for 2 weeks. The truck was not delivered with the power folding - auto dim exterior mirrors; the xm radios did not work; bed extender not installed; gas tank wasn't full as promised. *jb
