Description of the problem	Complete rear axle failure with 105,400 miles. This rear axle was built to weak to handle the engine horse power and the vehicle cannot tow 7,800 lbs. Nissan falsely advertisie that this vehicle can tow 7,800 lbs. My vehicle never towed, it has no hithch the rear axle couldn't withstand just propelling the vehicle for 105,000 miles. A class action lawsuit is justified for owners if these vehicles affected with this known design flaw.
