| Description of the problem | I was driving down the highway when all of a sudden i heard a noise from my backend and almost lost control of my truck. I got out and checked to find my leaf spring busted and sticking through my truck bed. I called nissan of north america and they are unwilling to offer any help because of it being a used vehicle. It seems it would be more cost effective to do a recall now until waiting until someone is killed. When i asked the young lady what happens next time when the other side goes and i get into a fatal accident killing myself or someone else? Her reply was that we will have to address that when it happens. What lousy customer service. |
