| Description of the problem | I have a 2006 nissan titan with 31,000 miles on it. The rear bracket that holds the passenger side leaf spring snapped at the bend and sent the entire leaf spring assembly through the floor of my pickup bed. I have contacted nissan and will be dropping the truck off tomorrow. I have seen numerous complaints of this on the internet. It seems that the original shackle wasn't strong enough for normal driving. Hopefully they will replace the shackle and truck bed. |
