Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 nissan titan. The contact was driving 55 mph when he noticed that the pick up bed was lopsided. Upon further inspection, the contact found that the shackle that was connected to the leaf spring was damaged. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that there were no recalls for the failure. The manufacturer was also notified and informed the contact that the vehicle was not under warranty. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 61000.
