Description of the problem	First of all ,i would like to say that my truck has high miles. I purchased it new, dealer serviced only. In fact my truck was serviced by a dealer in miami on 3-28-13 for oil change ,the day before i lost my transmission because of ,what i now know to be common place, a $5 cooling tubing that goes to the transmission. My first thought was maybe the tech at the dealer broke the tubing since its inches away from the oil filter and my vehicle was serviced there hours before i lost all my fluid,therefore burning up my transmission, you would think that the dealers would check the tubing since its right in the tech's face while conducting oil changes. Oh well ,my truck was well maintained,still looks great,totally loaded le, my tranny went down without warning,this will cost me around $6000. I`m a nissan man,i just purchased the new 2013 pathfinder for my wife back in december before it even appeared on the streets, should i have fears about defects with this one ?
