Description of the problem	Had truck in shop for exhaust pipe falling off and it was brought to my attention that both the left and right rear axel seals and bearings are bad and need to be replaced. The axel had been leaking fluid onto my tires and brakes which could have resulted in brake failure or fire. Nissan will not warranty the rear axel repairs. This is the second new nissan factory axel to be installed on this vehicle since purchased new in 2006. It is currently having the rear seals and bearings replaced at my expense. This seems to be a common problem with the nissan titan model and should be recalled.
