The contact stated that the intelligent power distribution module (ipdm) and the electronic control module (ecm) failed, causing the vehicle to stall. In addition, fuel leaked into the catalytic converter abnormally, causing the catalytic converter to become inoperative. The dealer inspected and repaired the intelligent power distribution module, the electronic control module and the catalytic converter. The manufacturer assisted with the cost of repairs of the intelligent power distribution module and the electronic control module. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was 94,000 and the current mileage was 96,000. |
