Description of the problem	Leaking manifold; this part was recalled by nissan but upon completion of form, i was informed they calculated the mileage to be beyond their warranty. The left side manifold was replaced at my expense. Now the right manifold has cracked also and is leaking exhaust fumes. Nissan is aware that i have the left side manifold for their inspection and their local dealership, where i purchased this vehicle, confirmed the right is also cracked. This is a danger and definite hazard due to the exhaust fumes and possible fire yet nissan has declined any assistance in reimbursement or assistance in replacing the right side manifold due to their calculation that the mileage was beyond their warranty coverage. I could not find records as to the mileage when i replace the left manifold. The mechanic informed me when he replaced the left side manifold that he would expect that the right to do the same.
