Description of the problem	Poorly constructed exhaust manifold(s) equipped in 2004-2007 nissan titans crack under normal driving conditions. Nearly all titans on the road (up until about 2008) are effected by this manufacturing defect. 2008+ titans are said to be equipped with stronger manifolds, but those crack as well. This crack, if not taken care of, may throw error codes which will cause the engine to lean out and possibly destroy the catalytic converter. Aside from possible engine malfunction due to this crack, exhaust gases to not properly exhaust out the rear of the vehicle and subsequently exit the manifolds within the engine bay and enter into the passenger cabin. As the exhaust manifolds are attached to the catalytic converters, they can be replaced by the 8y/80k mile federal emissions warranty. However, many dealers will not look at the manifolds to diagnose the issue until after this point. Replacing the manifolds using oem products is quite costly. *kb
