| Description of the problem | Ipdm component failed. Caused 2006 nissan titan to die 6 times in a 2 mile journey. Lost power steering, could not safely complete a turn, had to drive into a wooded roadside to avoid hitting an on-coming car. Once at a repair station, they could not get vehicle to start and i had to have the vehicle towed to dealership for repairs. Could have cost me more... If the engine were over cranked it could damage the catalytic converter according to the mechanic at the dealership. Scary experience to have with my kids in the car. |
