Description of the problem	While driving down a dirt road my side curtain airbags deployed causing me to swerve into a ditch. I contacted nissan of north america and they suggested i take the truck to the local nissan dealership and when i took it there and told them what happened and they told me they were probably not going to cover it since i purchased the truck used and they asked what other actions i was going to pursue and i said i was going to contact a lawyer and they were very adamant about me not contacting a lawyer which i considered to be a red flag. After doing research i noticed i am not the only nissan titan owner this has happened to and do not feel i should have to file a claim with my insurance company and pay my deductible or shop fees because i do not consider this to be my fault and feel that this is a very big safety issue especially since my wife drives this truck and we haul our niece and nephew in the truck when we have them and had this happened on our freeway at 75mph things could have been a lot worse.
