Description of the problem | Truck was rear ended on highway, subsequently 10 months later a leaf spring popped and went through bed of truck. Brought in to have repaired and shackle for leaf spring assembly on back order with nissan. Have been waiting 24 days and counting for this part with no help from nissan consmer service. Have made aprrox 15 phones with only 1 returned call with no answer to status of part. *jb |
