Description of the problem	We purchased a truck from nissan in october of 2004. It has been in the shop many times and in december of 2004, it was there over 30 days. The transmission and the rear end have both gone out, windows don't roll up and down correctly, rattling in the cab where the visor and garage door openers are held. The brake, vdc, tow, and abs switch stay on all the time. The brakes are going out and the whole truck shimmies. Now in addition to the transmission being replaced once, it's slipping again. Nissan stated they would pay for the rental on the 30 days, but that was a lie. They socked me with an $283. 00 bill. $181. 00 was to fill up the tank with gas!!!!!!! There are also missing valves on the tires they themsleves took off and didn't replace and the alarm goes off by itself when no one is around. Give me a break... Nissan states this does not qualify for the lemon law. I need help in this situation. *ak
