| Description of the problem | I own a 2005 nissan titan pickup which i purchased new. The vehicle has 57,000 miles. My driveway is steep as i live in a remote location. About two weeks ago i was headed to town. The rear end went out and my titan slid off the roadway. The mechanic who is repairing my vehicle told me this was a very common problem with my model of vehicle. I checked on line and found many similar incidents. I contacted nissan and found there was no recall regarding this. Repair cost is now over $2000. |
