Description of the problem	Real axle seal leak. Nissan does not recommend replacing the seal but says there is a problem with the axle and to replace axle. If nissan knows the axle is faulty and requires the axle to be replaced instead of just replacing the seal then they should be responsible and pay for the fix under a recall.
