| Description of the problem | 2005 nissan titan le crew cab 4x4 with a failing rear end differential. At 58k miles, the truck rear end began to slip badly. The vehicle has not been used for anything other than commuting to work. I do not off road or have off road modification that would exceed manufactures specs and performance. Just normal driving. Nissan indicates that i am 30 days past the expiration of my warranty, but under the mileage requirement. Nissan needs to held accountable for quality controls on the manufacturing of these rear end assemblies. Typically $2500. 00 repair bill.... That should be shouldered by nissan. |
