Description of the problem | I own a 2005 nissan titan that has had the rear end diff and axle replaced twice by nissan at 98,000 miles nissan discovered the rear seals leaking, and did nothing about it, i tried to secure a lawyer, the cost was astronomical, at 102,000 miles the valve body in the trans has failed, as a result i contacted nissan north america spoke to gordon middleton, whom on behalf of nna after a sixweek discovery advised me that nna would not be able to assist me, even after promising repairing the rear seal in earlier conversation, later refused to lift a hand, costing me six weeks of car rental cost, and the agonizing pain of waiting on a decision that would never come anyway. Please assist me in this matter my 2005 nissan titan le is still not fixed. |
