Description of the problem	Bought a used 2005 nissan 4x4 titan, front differential failed. I noticed front differential was leaking in the driveway the next day. Noticed the drivers side cv shaft was pulling out of the differential and not properly seated. Automotive shop found c clip on the end of the splined axle shaft broken and the splines stripped and twisted where it goes into the gear. Replaced the drivers side cv shaft, axle shaft, gear, & bearings. Vehicle had 44500 miles on it.
